We can offer annual, bi-annual, quarterly and month-to-month leases. Signing a lease with a longer-term locks in your monthly price and may enable you to qualify for a promotion!
We require a move-out notice of at least 15 days or more before your lease renewal date. If you notify us within 14 days or less, the lease will be automatically renewed for an additional month.
Rent is payable by pre-authorized credit, debit or e-transfer.
The first rental payment is due on the signature of the lease, and it covers the rest of the current month, plus the rest of the next calendar month. All following months are paid on the 1st of each month.
